The 234 Space Exploring series combines three of LP's larger vehicles with a variety of their smaller toys. The three large toys are illustrated on the front of the box: the Moon-Explorer Car, Space Rocket and Space Explorer (these are all listed on the LP main page). The box shown above has a C rubber-stamped behind the printed set number and contains the Space Rocket.

Other than the large Space Rocket, the C box contains a Mercury capsule, 2 moon rocks in garish colours, a space station, 4 astronauts and a small olive green truck with a black gun on the back. Although LP toys tend to mix scales, the little truck is particularly small compared to the astronaut figures. While the other toys are stuck to the box insert with the usual brown glue, the little truck is held to the box insert with a plastic loop.
