Spacex featured in 1973 Hudson's Bay advert

The Hudson's Bay store in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan ran this early Xmas advert in the Star-Phoenix of 23 November 1973. Where it's surprising to see that Spacex toys were still in stock more than a year and a half after Lines Bros went under and production stopped.

Text reads: 20 only, Spacex Miniature Toys. only! ea., 39c.
I must confess I don't understand the "20 only" text. The advert states quantities are limited but stocks of only 20 (or even less for other items) seem rather extreme in that context.
