The LAMA toy shown does appear to be a production item - the point in the middle underneath one foot where it was attached to the sprue being very faintly visible. However, its finish looks far less glossy than on a production version, it doesn't have name stickers, and no details at all on its chassis - no markings and no panel lines.
The front and rear views have been mixed up when preparing the document, and it seems the projectile launcher is identified as radar.
