In all probability, this is the last type of packaging containing Spacex toys. It looks like somebody had sufficient toys left over to discount them on the US market for a fraction of their original price (this baggy contains nine toys for $2.99 as opposed to 49¢ for one by Golden Astronauts, thus offering nine toys for the price of six). Printing on the cardboard rider is identical on both sides, and carries no name for a distributor or repackager.
