It's rather crude and has a booster less but this is unmistakenly a Nova Rocket. It sits on narrow axles fitted with flanged wheels like Spacex toys have, and has a plated finish covered in red varnish like certain later Spacex toys have.

The copy is a bit smaller than the Spacex Nova Rocket. Side by side the differences are more noticeable.
Markings
The copy is only marked "Hong Kong" in minute lettering underneath.
